As part of our culture of care, we provide home-cooked meals to our players during rehearsals and events. We source ingredients not only from standard grocery stores but also from specialty Caribbean markets that offer unique tropical fruits, root vegetables, spices, and pantry staples essential for preparing authentic Trinidadian meals. This helps us honor our heritage and nourish our community, whether we are rehearsing locally or representing Trinidadian culture internationally.
